Every time I choose DHL I do so because they offer the shortest delivery time. Every time I regret it. It NEVER arrives when promised. Always problems. Always late. Once they simply decided to mark a shipment delivered when they sent it back to the shipper. They literally lie about cost of shipping too because often new fees show up.... I wish them going out of business. Garbage company.
