SIMPLY TERRIBLE - LIARS. The package was not only not delivered at a specific date with no explanation. On the following day, the status changed to "attempted" to deliver the package but no-one was at home, which was a blatant lie as I was full day at home, without going out for a single moment. Apart from that, as already mentioned houndeds of times in other real reviews, no telephone number, difficult and slow contact via email/chat, with a representative openly lying about the order's situation.
