Having paid a premium rate for an item to be shipped from the UK to France, Pitney Bowes still shows the collection date, eight days ago. There is no tracking available since this date. It is about time ebay dropped this "cowboy" outfit who obviously get paid substantial money for doing nothing. Rating? Where do you go from "O" apart from going minus. Totally disgusted
