I swear I kid you not. Item arrived at ABX facility Kuching on 16th, then arrive in my city on Thursday 23rd. Today want to do delivery but "Undelivered status Missed delivery by no courier". I understand MCO so everything very hard even for courier services. But if can't work then no need to work. Just close down like everyone else. If alasan is MCO so hard abit want to work then why charge normal non-MCO rate for sampah level service? If I have to wait a week or 2 weeks more than usual no problem if instead of Rm10.60 I pay RM5 or something. Seriously if cannot keep up with demand please just cuti like everybody else.
