The wait period and lack of shipping information updates...

were completely out of hand!! I'm not even too upset about the wait time because this pandemic makes that fact inevitable but, there were virtually no updates on where my package was. I ordered some brushes April 14th but the tracking information stopped updating April 30th!! I had no idea where the package would be or if it was still coming. I had to email the company of the brushes multiple times and send screenshots to get them to finally do something. The next day, after I sent the emails, the shipping and tracking number info updated. My package just came today too. It was in transit for 37 DAYS!! Never again.
