Been 30 Days and no scans

My parcel with very important ID in it and valuable stuff was sent Oct 9th and it is Nov 9th tomorrow so my four day xpress post item was scanned a few hours away in Richmond bc where its usually here the next day there's been four service tickets and a two week investigation and not one fucking person can say where it is and keep going back and forth from me to the Sender, when they can't give me an explanation then they say it has to be the sender initiating finding it. I'm very sure it was stolen. Even the virtual assistant said delays don't take this long, and they don't especially when it was in Richmond facility 26 days ago and they can't find it there its really unbelievable that they can't find out the worker who sned it
