AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DPD have refused any compensation despite admitting that they had sent our parcel to the incorrect address. Contacting the CEO Dwain ([email protected]) was completely useless as they have blanket responses and don’t deal with individual cases correctly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
