我的包裹到底几时要发出
这是我的集运单号231283726223330222，我集运了20件包裹，15/10/18付了国际运费寄来马来西亚。20号我在马来西亚收到这个单号的包裹时，只有1件，也就是说还有19件不知所踪，多次联络客服，联络转运商没有人可以给我答复，只有一个字等。请问要等到几时，货已经在集运仓10多天，国际运费也付了，发少件给我，还不立刻处理。已经超过期限，你们也不理会。请你马上处理我的包裹，那些包裹到底是不见了在哪里 我完全不知道 请你们马上给我交代。
