How to set email/SMS notifications?
Trackingmore allows you to send emails or SMS notifications to alert your customers about the status of their packages. To activate email/SMS notifications, you need to select the status you would like to receive or send [here](https://my.trackingmore.com/smssetting.php?lang=en), then submit it. ![logo](https://www.trackingmore.com/section/images/document/2019030652484999.png) **Notify Me** If you check on Notify Me, then it will be sent to you. **Notify Assignees** If you check on Notify Assignees, then it will be sent to your customers. **Note:** Please do not worry that you will be flooded by notifications of all your completed packages. The notification will only be sent **when the status of packages has changed.** It means, when the status of the package **has changed into** transit, out for delivery, delivered, failed attempt or exception, the notification will be sent. It depends on the status you check.
