COVIDIOT - driver didn't keep his distance. When I opened the door he was stood right in front of me and immediately put the parcel into my hands. It is easy to put the parcel on the doorstep and move well back - no excuse for ignoring guidance and common sense during a pandemic. Also he took the delivery photo before attempting delivery.

They have lost 5 parcels in 3 months, only 3 of them were compensated and it took very long time To get my money, almost inpossible to speak with anyone And when you get in contact they have no answers apart we’re sorry to hear that, if you’re using them expect that your parcels will be lost at least once a month
I've had multiple packages never get delivered. One is supposedly "delayed" but the other is still not here after 116 days. I've given up on the other two. Fortunately, the seller refunded me for those, which they shouldn't have had to do because the shipping company failed.
