I was very apprehensive about using correos to send our passports to the Vietnamese Embassy in Madrid for visas that we needed for our holiday. I need not have worried I was recommended at the post in playa Flamenca Orihuela Costa to use correos certificado national 48 hour service it was a little more expensive but for piece of mind and being able to track it was well worth it . I included a paid return package which the Embassy used and 24 hours after they had posted it back to me the postman delivered it to my door. So definitely would use this service again for important documents no need for expensive couriers.
