Fed Ex Ground Delivery - I have had multiple packages from June to the present delivered via fed Ex ground and NOT ONE has been on time. FIND an ALTERNATIVE. At this point UPS and the USPS are better alternatives. Fed Ex won’t answer nor will they provide updates. They note a lack of workers. If that the case be truthful. Say your package won’t arrive for 5 weeks to set expectations. To pay and not receive the service promised is out right FRAUD and LIES. FED EX Ground is a HORRIBLE option for people in the Seattle/ area HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

FedEx Mexico will steal everything they could. People who work at FedEx Mexico are trained to be skillful at stealing, extortion, bribery and lie. Once your package is in their hand, they have the collateral to do any criminal activities upon you. They are one of the biggest Mafia criminal organizations in Mexico, bear an international shipping company’s name. They also thought they partially control the local government, so they can do whatever they want. If you encounter any difficulties with FedEx, please report your local fiscalia if they try to charge you extra money or they stole your package.

Can anyone sign up to deliver for Fedex? Seems like they are letting anyone in the door to deliver these days. I waited all day for a package containing an engagement ring because I had to sign for it. I received a notification that my package had been delivered. This was news to me since I had not received a knock on my door and I had not signed for said package. I looked at the details of the delivery and someone else had signed for my package. I called Fedex to report an issue immediately, they told me my package had been delivered to the of my Apt complex, I called them on the other line, there was no package and no one by the name that had signed for my package. So the guy I was on the phone was either making stuff up or just plain lying to me. I filed a claim for my missing item and was denied because there was proof of delivery because my package was signed for. The package was not signed for by me, but some stranger. So I would advise all companies to steer clear of Fedex, if you use Fedex I will not order from you anymore. Packages aren't delivered correctly and at this point I am just throwing money away with companies that use Fedex.

I've had many deleveries disappear and had to have items reshipped over and over. I've submitted 13 complaints about the driver here and nothing has been done. Last week the driver rang my intercom door, I buzzed him in and he never came to my door or dropped the package off. The same exact thing happened Saturday and today. I called to complain on Saturday. I called again today when this other shipment didn't make it. Their told me the driver said he couldn't get in so he left it outside of our security gate on the street in Downtown Chicago next to Wrigley Field. So if it didn't get stolen I would be shocked. They refuse to talk or reprimand the driver and told me it's the sellers fault and they won't do anything. The two packages that he lost or stole himself were on a deep discount and fanatics is out of stock. All these thefts have caused me time on the phone trying to reship and searching around my entire apartment complex. I work for $35hr. I've contacted the BBB. For 3 months packages have been arriving normally but previous to that I lodged 10 other complaints because of food delivery being thrown over our gate, lost packages, and damaged items. I hope you go out of business!

Useless company!! Website is old & does not work. Customer care associates do not know what they are doing. I was expecting an parcel delivery with costly merchandise in it on Saturday as per their tracking info. As I was traveling I wanted it delivered on the coming Monday. On their website I tried to do a vacation hold, which it would not allow me. I called the and they were asking me to do the same thing. Finally was able to place the hold. But they anyway delivered the shipment on Friday!! A day before the expected!! Forget the hold!! Such an irresponsible company!! Will never recommend this company or use it's services (??) going forward.

I was told by my FEDEX Express delivery guy to call the FEDEX for ground pick up if I ever need a package picked up from my business. WORST mistake. I'd rather go stand in line at the FEDEX in Walmart (and I hate going to Walmart). They transferred me not once, not twice, but 6 times to 6 different departments. I finally get it scheduled to have them pick it up and they were a "NO SHOW" go figure!! The guy was so rude also when scheduling the pick up. I told him that I hope they record the calls so that they know what rude and unprofessional people work for them.

No shipping process update after 09/22 for 7 days, And then suddenly the 1st delivery attempted on 09/29 (Wed) but nobody was at home (now I'm not sure delivery person really came to my house or different house). Next day (09/30, Thu), did not attempt to deliver and wasted whole day for waiting a package. On 10/01 (Fri), waited for whole day but nobody rang a doorbell even saw a FedEx delivery truck two times passing home. However, delivery process showed the 2nd attempt was made around 3 PM. Delivery person is a liar or cannot read a number of address??? Called before 4 PM, and told me the 3rd attempt will be made before 11 AM on 10/02 (Sat). On 10/02 (Sat), nobody showed up till noon. Called again But kept saying the 3rd attempt will be made before 8 PM. Which means I'm stuck at home till whole day again. Unbelievable, nobody showed up. I cannot trust FedEx either !!! Tomorrow (Sun), will call and ask do not try to deliver next Monday, And I will pick my package up from Portland FedEx on 10/04 (Mon).

My package has been out for delivery the last 4 days and still no package....keeps getting delayed. I've had this same issue 3 times before. Unfortunately, I couldn't pick which shipping service when I placed my order.....I will no longer order from retailers that use FedEx.

I just want to highlight the exceptional service provided by one of the delivery drivers that arrived at our property today. His name is Jarrod Thomas and he was on point. I could tell he took pride in getting things right and staying efficient. I think this was his first time delivering to our campus but he reported to the loading dock, off-loaded his deliveries and proceeded to the recipient's suite with the utmost professionalism. We get a lot of delivery drivers that do not like to adhere to delivery expectations and tend to illegally block traffic. As the security and safety director for my campus, I appreciate the rule-followers. Honestly I think it took him less time to just to it right rather than others who prefer to argue with security rs and cause a scene. Thanks Jarrod for being professional and on your game! You are welcome back anytime.

Two separate packages going to two unrelated individuals at completely different addresses end up assigned the exact same tracking number. I drove more than 40 miles round-trip to get my item only to discover it hadn't been delivered. How hard is it to use software that can generate tracking numbers that aren't duplicated? If this was rocket science FedEx Ground would have shot their Mars probe up someone's rear.

The nightmare started when I ordered a truck part from a warehouse in Pennsylvania. The part arrived in Grove City, Ohio approximately 26 miles from where I am staying at a motel waiting for my truck to be fixed, I followed the progress of the package via the Fedex app. I observed on 8/25/21 the package was put on the truck and in-transit for delivery. I waited all day at the front of the hotel for the delivery until 715pm only to be alerted to a notice that the package would be delivered by 8pm the next day. I called Fedex to complain and was told that the driver failed to place it on the truck. The next day, Thursday I wait waited again in the front of the motel for the package. At approximately 130pm in the afternoon I spotted a Fedex truck at the truckstop adjacent to the motel and hurried over to it incase they couldn't find their way. I located the driver and asked if he had a package for the address next door. He told me no. I asked him what location he was from and he told me Grove City Fedex. I already had the feeling that I would not get the package, but I stayed in front of the motel until 5pm when I got an alert saying that the delivery had been rescheduled for the following day by 8pm. I was livid having waited from 8am to 5pm. I called Fedex and an agent told me that he would dig into it after apologizing profusely. He put me on hold and after a few minutes told me that there were no other packages going to this area, and they had put delivery off. I was enraged and told him that I had talked to a driver from that facility today who told me he was from Grove City. I then went to my hotel room and tried to get an Uber to go the 26 miles to pick up the package after talking to another agent who told me the Grove City Fedex closed at 9pm. I got an Uber and placed the package on hold. 1 mile into the trip, $46! I decided to call Fedex and confirm the closing time. The agent told me that in fact the center was opened until 9pm, however, I could not go to the center to pick my package up because of COVID they would have to ship it to another smaller facilty. That was it! I cancelled the order and had it sent back and filed a dispute with my credit card company for the truck part. I will no longer do business with shipper that use Fedex as a provider.

Fedex Ground is the worst and it's employees (drivers) are the laziest. They're not thoughtful and wouldn't care about their customers. No communication at all. My package has a signature requirement and for the past 2 days I only receive "attempt" notifications - they wouldn't even try to give me a call and I'm always at home. So far I've had 5 really bad experiences with them. Very frustrating.

FedEx service is horrible.I order from a site in Tennessee and whenever I try to track the package it tells me it is scheduled for delivery that day. However it also says the package is in Chicago and I live in NY.Every time..

I will never be using fed ex ever again. After being delayed for over a week past the initial delivery date, I actually watched the fed ex truck pull onto my street and then promptly drive off, a little later I received a notification that my parcel couldn’t be delivered as “no one was home”. The driver didn’t get out of the truck at all, nor did he even stop the vehicle! What a bloody disgrace!
