Fedex Ground Overview

TrackingMore is a third party parcel tracking tool (also known as multi-carrier tracking tool) which supports online parcel tracking of worldwide 477 express and postal couriers. You can enter a tracking number, air waybill (AWB) number or reference number to track & trace a single international or domestic package, use CSV upload or restful shipment tracking API to track multiple packages.

 

You can subscribe email delivery notification in the fedex-ground shipping tracking result page to auto send you alerts once there is an update of your order status.

Very rude . NO OFFER TO HELP
Called into , lady gave ZERO effort to help. She said,(IN a very thick Russian accent) without tracking number there is nothing that we can do. I was like, NOTHING? Not even lifting one finger? Gone are the days when FedEx used to care. I guess they've gotten so big, that no one matters. Well, We've seen that movie before. BLACKBERRY, BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO, BEST BUY, PIZZA HUT, SEARS, to name a few. Either gone or working on being gone. Same issue, too big to care. Now they're gone. I LITERALLY prefer the Post Office over FedEx and I never thought that I'd say that.

this company really suck i cant order anything anymore that fedex dont lose the last 10 items i ordered was shipped through this company and they where all lost once they hit the PERRYSBURG, OH location even my replacement orders get lost so either this place has a bunch of idiots working their that should be fired or they have one heck of a rake-it running out of this place.either way something should be done about this company
Terrible
I was told by my FEDEX Express delivery guy to call the FEDEX for ground pick up if I ever need a package picked up from my business. WORST mistake. I'd rather go stand in line at the FEDEX in Walmart (and I hate going to Walmart). They transferred me not once, not twice, but 6 times to 6 different departments. I finally get it scheduled to have them pick it up and they were a "NO SHOW" go figure!! The guy was so rude also when scheduling the pick up. I told him that I hope they record the calls so that they know what rude and unprofessional people work for them.

Fed ex late again! Haven’t updated delivery tracking other than still in transit. Visited fedex hub. Was told the trailer with my packages was scheduled to be off loaded that night at 1:00 and I can expect it delivered following day. Back at hub following day. Was told it’s still on trailer. Also told they have no idea when it will be off loaded nor any idea when it would be delivered! Wow! Not to mention was borderline rude! The’ve lost a customer for life. I’ll never order anything again that’s shipped fedex!
Shockingly Poor Service
FedEx would not provide contactless delivery during COVID. The FedEx driver traveling door to door insisted I get within 6 feet of him and sign his hand held machine with my finger. The same hand held machine that he has been carrying and passing from recipient to recipient all day long in the midst of a pandemic. The driver would not leave my package. I contacted the shipper and they did not request or require a signature. Only FedEx wanted my signature and they would not make accommodations for a high risk customer during a pandemic. Shame on FedEx. Opt for an alternative.
Why bother with delivery updates?
For me this service is next to useless if you're going to constantly delay my package. I get texts in the morning saying my package is out for delivery and sure enought by end of day my delivery date is updated to the next day... I'm pretty understanding, I get that there are labor shortages and a lot of companies are suffering... but its been 4+ days with the same message and I just have to ask... how does a package get loaded onto a truck for a week and no one is like... "oh boy this one keeps getting delayed we should prioritize it?" Is it because everyones is delayed and you're just that far behind? If so you should extend your delivery expectation days... so people can at least know what to expect.. if I order something I expect maybe a 1-2 day delay.. it's life but this constant... its out for delivery then nothing is more frustrating than anything.
