Use FedEx ground as only a very last resort. They have had my package since 8/4/20, today is 8/25/20, original delivery date was supposed to be 8/11/20. They misplaced the shipment and sent it to a different state, no offer made to speed up the process once they located the package. Besides being very unhelpful on the phone, now their online tracking system states they attempted delivery but "Customer not available or business closed" NOT THE CASE, was at office waiting for package, as well I have security footage that shows no attempted delivery! So besides being incredibly disorganized and slow, they are also liars. Ship at your own risk.
Lazy drivers, agents have poor attitude, tracking is worthless. Stick with UPS.
