HUGE rave to Darryl with FedEx Ground. For some reason my house address was not on my parcel and Darryl actually called me to get it, and then went out of his way at the end of his shift to drop it off. I don’t think all drivers would have done that, so I really appreciate that Darryl went above and beyond to make sure I got my package. Thanks Darryl, FedEx needs more caring drivers like you.

I have the best Fed Ex driver, he’s been coming here for years, always places my purchases in a good safe place and makes sure everything is good, I’ve never had a problem ever.

package delivered to rental trailer up a hill from us used by tournament bass fishermen. Luckily we found it 2 days later before weekend rental & food still partially intact. Our house clearly marked; big red sign, street sign, mailbox.

The company I ordered from should have used UPS. I personally have used FedEx twice and both times they screwed up badly. Now the company that I order a table saw from used FedEx and after an extended time I contacted FedEx and they have no record of this shipment. All I can say is FedEx suxx.

@Fedex the worst courier service. Never do business with them. Here is my nightmare. Just like many of you I have purchased an item from @Amazon.com and seller choose @Fedex (regrettable mistake). It was multi-part shippment. I received 4 parts and the last one was missing. The item was supposed to be delivered on Feb 21 2022. After multiple calls to the service, personnel, informed that their stupid incompetence had lead to this issue. He said that there are multiple barcodes on the shipment, caused the delay. When asked about the estimated delivery time, the answer was silent or mostly ASAP. When asked about the online tracking system they are saying it may not be having appropriate information.

It is recommended not to use FedEx for mailing at this time. I used the overnight priority 10am, and I was very disappointed. It was not on time. I called to urge it and it was delivered after 12:00. I used the ground to send the package,then wether delay. In fact, the weather is very good and there is no problem. Two days later, there is still no information, and the delay is displayed. These items are urgently needed. FedEx is too unreliable. It has been used for 10 years. It seems that it is time to switch to other mailing companies.

worst company ever, sent a package that still has not arrived and everyday they post the next day and i call an i get assured its going to arrive and nothing. the company is losing money do to a canceled order becasue of this package it was due to arrive on the jan 5 and still nothing. this is unacceptable!!!

Utterly useless company, full of excuse, can’t get their logistics figured out. I give the Negative 10 Stars for being obtuse and ill prepared to accomplish any simple task. Everyone of the employees and reps should be fired.

Worst FedEx experience.  I've missed the delivery of my package twice, both times even after the shipper made two requests for my package to be held at a FedEx location. On the third attempt I wasn't going to be home neither, but assuming FedEx had finally gotten the request, I didn't worry too much. My plans changed and I was going to be home for the package to be received. I left the door tyo my apt open to make sure I didn't miss it. Suddenly I get a notification saying that the third and final attempt on delivery had failed as well and on the app I got a door tag number even when there hadn't been an attempt or physical door tag left. I ran outside the bldg to make sure the driver was still there and there hadn't even been a FedEx driver in my location according to the security r.  When I called FedEx they said that they hadn't attempted yet the three times and that they were going to try on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd. I told them there had been at least two attempts and provided the DT #. They then realized that was true and said to cll the shipper to adjust the delivery for me to pick it up, which I had done already three times. This was supposed to be a gift for Monday 20th and now I won't have it for then. All because of lack of communication between FedEx and GameStop and misinformation within FedEx. They're telling me to still  call the shipper because if they don't do the request [which again they've done twice they'll return the item to the shipper]. This is truly the worst experience I've ever had with any delivery experience and then they're playing this game of the chicken and the egg and I have to contact one for the other to do something but the other says they've already done what they can do. Honestly...

If I can make the choice it will NEVER be FedEx again! Your people are undertrained and clueless! There should be a path for customers to escalate when a situation is not resolved, instead your representatives hang up! Unbelievable!
