I came here and was shocked to read reviews of terrible times with Omni tracking and instantly tried to cancel my order to no avail, an item through Zavvi coming from the UK. Here it is- they said 2 weeks and it arrived to my home in Australia on the dot! What you need to realise is that my item (as did many others) didn\'t shift in tracking for a least a week so don\'t panic from the get go...things eventually start to move! The xmas period would have been a chaotic time alone for effecient parcel deliveries and hence alot of negative reviews to read around this time. This thread was quite distressing I am only writing this because my expereience was great and maybe I am a lucky one, but patience before panic was definitely my experience!

I ordered a present from zavvi which had to come from England. I ordered in late November and it arrived today with no damage and fully tracked all the way. I can only praise them for delivering my parcel on time and given the state of deliveries worldwide at the moment I think it was a praiseworthy achievement. All I can say in response to other comments is perhaps you should have ordered earlier if you haven\'t got it yet.

Y’all people are trippin. Like literally. I ordered a Nintendo switch during Level 4 (21st April). It was dispatched straight into Level 3 (28th). I came here looking for reviews and saw people rating poor. I admit, I did panic and thought maybe I wouldn’t get my things. But I waited patiently. Today is now the 8th Of April. I believe my received my goods in a reasonable amount of time, even during this pandemic. Great work to everyone working hard, around the clock to deliver everything! You are all appreciated.

I have no problem with this company. I have received many parcels from overseas.

Im in nz and I ordered a note 9 from dick Smith it actually came 3 days early and was in good condition.

I ordered a TV from Dick Smith (Kogan) on 9 April 2020 and then I came here and freaked out at the reviews and so I tried cancelling, to which they said no (on the same day) because it had dispatched already from Derrimut. On 16 Apr 9:30 am it was processed through export hub at Port Botany then 10:38 am, international transit to destination country. It cleared customs in Auckland at 20 Apr 9:20 am. The next day, it was picked up by PBT couriers on 21 Apr 2:24 am. On courier vehicle for delivery by 1:47 pm and delivered at 2:58 pm. It took 12 days (6 business days due to Easter) to arrive. The TV works really well for its price so I\'m happy but I was anxious because of the reviews on here. Considering they had Easter and Level 4 lockdown, it was an impressive time to deliver the product.

I ordered an iPhone from dick smith and it was shipped to Auckland in 3 days.My parcel was delivered to me however they had to take it back because no one was home to sign it which I understand as it is a high value parcel.I contacted PBT couriers and they said it was on their warehouse and that I could come collect it which I am going to do soon. This has been a good experience so far and will not ever hesitate to use this shipping company again.

Bad thing: I ordered for phone case on Dec 24 and received on Jan 20. Almost a month later. Good thing is I got the delivery. Appreciable thing is they tried to on Jan 18 and Jan 20 to deliver it in hand.

Great service. It\'s only been 7 days and my parcel is already with courier post ready to be delivered to my address tomorrow or next week. I don\'t know if I\'m just lucky or you guys don\'t have patience. Just remember that it\'s the Christmas/New Years period where everyone decides to buy things onine which means (OF COURSE) it may take slightly longer for your parcel to be delivered. So I suggest that you guys wait before you get triggered while demanding for your package to be delivered within a day. SMH.

My parcel literally arrived in 6 days from Australia to NZ. I don’t know if I got lucky but they must be stepping up.

I had no problems at all with this service .fast efficient.will not hesitate on using omni parcel again.

Dicksmith Kogan are highly recommended, I will definitely buy again. The service is GREAT and PRODUCTS. No damage to my parcel.

I lost all faith my parcel was going to arrive when I looked at the reviews, but it really came!!! It came nearly two weeks late which would’ve been bad if I needed my makeup brushes for an event near my purchase, so that’s why it’s 4 stars. Really stoked I got it though because I was close to buying another set from a different site.

No problems placing my orders and always delivered on time.
