After reading plenty of horror stories on the net about PostNL losing parcels, taking long to deliver or damaging parcels; i was pleasantly surprised to receive my parcel from Gearbest in good order and in a quick 23 days to Zimbabwe.I was able to track my parcel all thru the journey.

How does one get requirements to release parcel at customs and who to contact

I am trying to track a parcel of mine that should have been delivered to me by February “RU162682001NL” If I track it down it shows that the Origin is Netherlands. What are the changes of me still getting that package. Kind Regards

I had a package shipped from Belgium to me in Washington, USA in 12 days. This is about the average shipping time, but my issue is with the online status updates. I checked the online status updates every day several times a day. On 11 July I saw a random new update for 9 July that said the delivery was unsuccessful. This really surprised me because I was just now seeing an update for 9 July. I went to my post and they said that the package was out for delivery that day (11 July). Fortunately my post delivered my package without any further error. The incorrect shipping update and false alarm wasted my time.
