According to Falcon express my parcel was handed on 2nd of April. 24 days latter my "parcel can not be LOCATED" on PostNL's site.
There are green coridors but it seems that you are poorly organised.
I've lost time and money. Therefor I submitted complains against you to local authorities and, as well, to the internațional ones.
Shameful bad service, with the day getting worse than it is. Don't care to give any parcel information, don't care to make delivery, only care to strike the money. This company should be banned from the global post delivery.
I am supposed to receive my package a week ago. The tracking is utterly useless and there is nowhere I can inquire. I am starting to think my package has been lost, as many people have experienced this with PostNL. I suspect that the employees of the PostNL just steal the packages if they see precious cargo. Never ever use this service.
