Bad service and dodgy practices

POSTNL works with a horrible local provider Colis Prive in France
they don't even try to deliver, just one attempt, no note no email no phone call to the customer
POSTNL service is useless, they don't care to help, no customer satisfaction system, no escalation possible, no solutions provided
Slechte service, pakketjes raken kwijt, niemand lijkt de verantwoording te nemen.
Het is mijn inziens logisch waarom niemand meer echt in de post vertrouwd. anno 2019 is het blijkbaar nog steeds niet mogelijk een pakketje te bezorgen binnen de Europese Unie. Zelfs aangetekend. Een wassen neus.
Deze generatie zal hopelijk een van de laatste zijn die te maken hebben met baggerbedrijven als Postnl.

I am still missing my item. this tracking shows only "status delivered" for LX753915526NL. i assume that 'post nl' have forwarded the package to a company in germany, which deliver the package. But without name of the company i am not able to track the package.

the worst possible service I ever got!!!!!!!avoid them!!! was waiting for my psckage in the office having camera recordings about me being at work..neither my colleagues nor the receptionist and of course me neither meet anyone delivering my package..then I get an email that they tried to find me but i was not here so they left...I will be on long term leave from tomorrow, and wont be able to get this delivery and they just cannot even change an address....after their bad service. Also the man I was speaking to was ironic with me...horrible worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!Avoid them!!!
The delivery guy didn't deliver the package nor leave a note. It was suppose to be delivered at a company that was open but the delivery guy just added the status that I wasn't home and didn't bother to leave a note.
The 4 or 5 employees I spoke to didn't listen, didn't try to help, interrupted me while I was talking, laughed at me, sighed while I was talking and one even hung up. Worst part is none of them even filed my complaint so no one is going to be responsible or re-trained. Even filing a complaint on the PostNL website is incredibly difficult.
No wonder they are the #1 company with the most complaints.
That's really horrible! 4 lost letters for three months. I lost so much money becouse of this. They aren't able even to look for letters sent by government. How can it be? They lost 3 letters from IND. I didn't receive important information, and becouse of this lost more than 500 eur/ Who will pay my looses? I will write my meanin everywhere! Who is with me? How long will it take? Why they don't do anything with it? It's not acceptable at all!
