After reading all the reviews about the company I was a little nervous but I did purchase two drones one coming to New York and one going to Pennsylvania both of them delivered within 2 weeks and always an update with the shipping I have nothing to say bad actually thank you

My package had updates usually at least once-a-week, but at one time did not get an update for 3 weeks! Short of the long of it is, once it was finally \'into the hands\' of the USPS it was delivered in just 1 day. It took exactly 7 weeks to the day for my delivery, coming from China to make it to Tennessee. Once it\'s marked as entering the \"Newgistics Network\" (a company based in TX), updates will go silent for awhile. Wegen so viel negativen Berichten möchte ich mal was positives schreiben. Ware (180.- €) habe ich am 5. Mai bestellt und heute am 3. Juni erhalten. Für Sendungen aus China ist das recht flott, habe auch schon über zwei Monate gewartet. Normal sind 5-7 Wochen. Dafür ist ja das Porto billig oder oft sogar kostenlos. Habe schon einiges bestellt (ca 30 Bestelllungen) und immer erhalten. Hier werden aber meistens nur negative Berichte geschrieben. Lieferzeiten werden bei der Bestellung immer angezeigt. Die Tracking Nr. funktioniert auch immer erst nach ein paar Tagen und manchmal auch leider gar nicht und habe das Paket trotzdem erhalten. Ein Packet kann immer mal verloren gehen. Ist mir in Deutschland auch schon passiert. Aber ich bin sicher, dass die meisten hier ihre Ware noch bekommen haben, dies aber hier nicht mehr erwähnen. Also einfach mehr Geduld und die Lieferzeiten vorher lesen.

I can guarantee you the problem isn\'t Yanwen itself. My package was processed through their facility from 5/15/20 and left their facility on 5/16/20. The processing didn\'t take long at all and was quickly sent off to be flown into America, which arrived in the US safely on 5/18. AFTER my package was no longer Yanwen\'s responsibility is when I started running into issues. If at any point your tracking orders say \"Newgistics Network\" then the problem isn\'t with Yanwen or the Seller. Based on my own tracking number, everything was moving fairly fast for being international mail. I was receiving updates almost daily. It wasn\'t until it was inducted into the Newgistics Network, where it\'s suddenly taking forever. They are a logistics company based in Texas, who have a notorious reputation of losing packages, severely damaging them, or taking a solid 4 months to finally deliver them (with a high probability of your package arriving damaged or flat out empty). My advice, if your tracking is in the Newgistics Network and you\'ve had radio silence in your tracking since then, I highly recommend issuing a refund for an undelivered package. Your package has a slim chance of surviving that logistics company. And honestly look in your tracking for anything related to a logistics company and research how that company operates before continuing to spam the Yanwen company with poor reviews on an issue that isn\'t even related to them.
