EBAY shipment disappeared once it reached Canada. Found out it was last in the hands of Sprintstar shipping, and now I have come across all these other reviews... Unbelievable that a company like this could exist. I will be getting a refund from EBAY so at least i'm lucky on that end. But I really needed the item so I'm up ish creek now. Stay away if you have the choice!!!
