Royal Shipments is rubbish
Don't know what exactly has happened but it seems I'm not the only one in this situation. My package which I ordered in may got stuck in Nysa, Poland. I finally got a refund from banggood yesterday, 16 September, after a lot of chat conversations and unfulfilled promises from their BG part.
