I ordered some merchandise from Shop NHL.ca, Fanatics. The goods were handled by Landmark Global and then they used Sprintstar Canada to deliver the goods to me. Both Landmark Global and Sprintstar Canada have tracking and their tracking is linked to one another. The two packages were delivered together, at the same time on the day they said they would be. I was at home on the delivery day. The friendly delivery man handed the packages to me on my front porch. This was a uneventful order and delivery, with tracking that was easy to use and follow. This is the way on-line ordering and delivery should be! I am sorry the other persons on this site had bad experiences with Landmark Global and/or Sprintstar Canada - my experience was fine. I would have no reservations for Landmark Global and/or Sprintstar Canada handling any future deliveries for or to me! Best on-line ordering and delivery north of the Border - Any Border! I have to give a Five Star rating from me!! Oh, and by the way, I am NOT an employee of Landmark Global or Sprintstar Canada!

I had the complete opposite experience. I ordered a jersey from the nba store. Yesterday the site said the delivery was complete and arrived at door. However I have absolutely nothing and was sitting right next to my door all day no delivery man ever came yet they claim my package was delivered to my address.

I ordered from the NHL shop online on June... since it didn\'t arrive they sent me a new jersey in July.... that one didn\'t arrive either, so they shipped a new on in September. In the end I got a refund and none of the three jerseys. That\'s just how bad Landmark is.
