Don't use them if you want your parcel to get delivered to the RIGHT address.
Don't EVER use them. They are criminals!! Drivers sign on behalf of receivers even though they haven't handed it to the correct address and just leave parcels outside for everyone to just take it. And then DPD hides behind their generic terms and conditions to not pay a penny for their incompetence.
