Item not received, sender insists it did

The tracking info says the item was left in my mailbox. It wasn't. I contacted the seller and ebay and their only response is to send me the tracking info - multiple times. If the package was delivered it wasn't to me! Now I have to go through my credit card company and place a hold on the payment. There aren't many homes in my community so you'd think whoever is delivering the mail could get it right. What a PIA.

That could have been a case of package theft, sorry this occurred but let\'s not leap to conclusions. You\'re lucky your tracker updated i have some in transit packages that stopped being scanned on their expected delivery date, both said arriving late but still in transit then were never scanned again. Expected delivery date \'unknown\' =\'
