You pay a lot of money for express delivery and it's really quick, even to the Philippines. But then the package is in Cebu City and nobody cares! At first they can't find the address, then it's Remote Area (for UPS everything is outside the City Remote Area) Now the feedback, maybe next week, if we're in the right mood! The shipment goes back to Amazon.
