I was suppose to get a parcel from DHL before Christmas and guess what its been a new year and still my parcel is stuck in the customs. They are not giving perfect response now. Previously, they were asking for KYC documents which I had already provided but yet they arose a query. Once I cleared that out, now they say the customs are checking into your parcel. Why is this happening only in DHL. I have never faced in Fedex or Bluedart. Like I request all to just not use this service. delivering yourself would rather be a good option than to choose DHL.
