Hi after a month my package was not received It says delivered to local parcel and ready to pickup but there's no indication of address where I can find it. It seems a scam. No costumer service.

It is a SCAM! The package is taking more than a month with no feedback, no costumer service. My shipment tracking is wrong or a SCAM. It says it 'is available for pickup at your local post or post -in-store' - I went to the local post and they can't find it on the system. Also contacted the post on the phone, and it was not located anywhere. It is more than a month now and I have no feedback or clue of where is my package! There is no contact information to call and they don't answer anything.
