Absolutely shocking, I havent got the time or the crayons to write a complaint letter that they would understand

I ordered a package through a company that use Dx delivery - unfortunately for them. The day after placing my order I received a tracking number and the next day an email and text from DX Delivery to tell me that my items were being delivered the following day between 09.36-11.36. So I took time off to be in as my items cant be left unsigned for. The day of delivery whilst waiting at about 11am I receive another text to say the delivery has been delayed. Fine I think, traffic or some like, I should be hear soon. At lunchtime still no sign so I contact DX and hear that they don't even have my items- they blame the seller and say its just an automated system. I call the seller who say that DX have failed to collect for 2 days! So there am I waiting for something that still hasn't been collected by DX despite them giving me a timeslot. After much wasted time on the phone with the seller and a , I get a text saying that its being delivered on Friday- more time off arranged. I check again on Thursday afternoon to be told that it may be delivered on Friday, but more than likely Tuesday the following week as they need to move it (past my house) from one depot to another! This actually makes the reason for my purchase useless and my only option is to go and collect it myself. I'd have been better off collecting it from the seller as they are closer to me. I could blame the seller here, but I don't think its their fault. They have been great trying to resolve it from their end. They have told me they are in a contract with them and have to use them despite continually getting poor feedback and reviews because of them. DX Delivery if you are listening to this, sort it out! And others if you are thinking about using this company to move your freight, look at reviews from companies that use them first because when I check the reviews of my sellers it all relates to poor and inefficient delivery, now I see why!

Driver "George" took a photo of my front door and ran away without neither dropping the card that DX says he did, nor delivering, whilst I was inside working at my PC with DIRECT SIGHT to my front door and waiting for either a knock or the doorbell to ring. Now I have to book time off AGAIN as well as be unable to fit the ordered parts as I required. Called DX, which, of course, will not tell the driver to pass by to correct HIS mistake/bad service. I will also fill a Google review with this feedback. I am fuming, DXDelivery service is appalling!

My parcel came on time and before estimated delivery address. Scott was lovely, unfortunately my dog almost escaped so I had to slam the door. But very polite!!

We have had the same Dx delivery driver for around 2 years. He is very polite, is very attentive and always on time. The very few times he has been on holiday we have dread who would deliver our parcels as there would always be an issue. This week he told us he was leaving and we did not think to ask if he was going to another delivery company. He was that good we would take our business wherever he goes. All we know is that his name is Robert. We are in W12. Not sure if our new driver will match him, but we really hope so.

Bought a carpet online and the company used DX as their courier, I read some reviews and was worried there would be a problem. They received my package on the Wednesday evening and it was with me Friday morning, the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. I can not fault this company!
