Kudos to Mr. Abdelrahman who took care, handled well and rectified my concern, if not for his help i would lose hope for this company.. Agents i previously had talked to were not of help at all.. Thank you heaps!
I had a delivery done few minutes ago with no issue but was so taken aback with the courier Hasseb who insisted I come done to the ground floor as he couldn\'t come up. I get downstairs only to see him yelling at my building security guard. I asked what happened, and he questions why he needs to write his full name on the security log. And continues to yell at the security ignoring me. I am living in a company accommodation with none of the delivery courier I\'ve had, find this a problem and something so minuscule could be turned into aggression. Completely unprofessional and disappointed with the service.
