This place is garbage cant get a straight answer and i couldnt understand what that terrorist sounding guy

I made an order in fashion nova and it tells me that it is delivered, I spent all day at my house and I did not receive anything. They are thieves....What a shame that fashion nova trusts these services.....they steal packages...

I placed an order with Fashion Nova over almost two weeks ago. Usually my items come fast, but everything that was shipped with Lasership in Flint, MI, disappeared. At first I received a message saying a delivery was attempted but that was a lie. I have a camera and I was home all day on the date they said a delivery was attempted. Then I received a message saying my items were delivered, but it changed after I submitted another complaint online. I called and couldn’t get anyone at the company for days, but when I finally did get through they couldn’t find my items. Told me they would call me back, but never did. I have been ordering from Fashion Nova for a few years now, and I usually don’t have a problem getting my orders. Before this, I was a satisfied customer, and I’m still a satisfied customer of Fashion Nova. However, I’m not ordering anything else if they use Lasership.

My package was marked deliverd but of course I had no package then I looked at the picture and it was deliverd to the wrong door I contacted lahership and explained to them that my package was deliverd to the wrong address. They called their self doing a investigation to try and locate my package that was a joke THEY SAID THEY INFORMED THE DRIVER BUT I GUESS NOBODY KNEW WARE MY PACKAGE WAS SO THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO WANT ME TO LOOK FOR MY OWN PACKAGE AND OF COURSE I LOST IT AND THREATEN TO KILL ALL OF THE DRIVERS I CUSSED THEM OUT FOR EVERY WORD I COULD THINK OF THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT BEFORE HOW FUCKIN HARD.IS IT TO DELIVER A PACKAGE TO THE RIGHT DOOR I GUESS ITS PRETTY HARD WHEN YOU ARE ILLITRATE AND YOUR STUPID ASS CANT READ. THIS COMPAY IS PLAYING WITH PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY NOWIAMOT OF 78.09 THTS ALOT OF MONEY TO LOSE BC I GUESS THEY CAN DO THIS. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS I HAVE HAD THE WORST DAY AND ITS ALL BC OF LASHERSHIPS BULLSHIT.

Delivery driver stole my package. I watched him. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone to get my money back. Worst delivery service

I placed a two-day delivery order with Walmart. Items were shipped right away. However, my order has been sitting in a Lasership facility in Franklin, MA, for the past 4 days with no movement and no updates. I emailed Lasership about the delay and got the typical line about high volume and staff shortages. I agree with a previous reviewers that this company is the worst and retailers should stop using them.
