My fashionova I ordered has been shipping since 6th September that I ordered it and today is 6 of October what a shame… yo! Y’all finna bring my order else return it let me get my money back thanks .

I hate fashion nova. Their service is so slow, if they didnt pick such a shit carrier things like this wouldnt happen. I ordered a package and it said it arrived today but I was home all day and there was no doorbell or even a simple knock. Fashion nova is so frustrating im never shopping here again. If they dont guve me my package by tomorrow im suing because they never even gave me a notification that my package was arriving today! This is terrible service.

Been waiting for the package from Fashion Nova since the 24th August, it arrived in New Zealand last week and the last update was Hand Over to Partner Carrier in Auckland. Now I contacted DAI Parcel and it says the same thing and NZ Post has the tracking number but it says that they haven't received the item- wtf Fashion Nova and RR Donnelley DO BETTER

Package scanned once then it disappeared. This company has problem staff who steal parcels. Shame on YOU.

I’m going through the same thing everyone else here is. Package with no updates for a few weeks while packages I ordered from skims afterwards have all showed up in the usual few days time. They’ve never before sent a package through RR DONNELLEY but the one time it’s not DHL the package goes mia. Super lame. And skims won’t even refund me until it’s been over a month due to “slower delivery” cause of covid, well that is bs in my opinion cause everything else gets here super fast

This company apparently attempted to deliver and address was incorrect . However it WAS NOT . No and no way of contacting them … they don’t reply to emails . 500 bucks down the drain !! Anyone know how to get a hold of them ????

J’ai commandé chez fashion nova et c’est n’importe quoi j’ai aucun suivi sur mon colis , je devais être livré aujourd’hui et toujours rien ... Je recommande pas du tout. D’habitude c’est FedEx qui me livre quand je commande chez eux mais je sais pas pourquoi on vous a confié mon colis. J’espère qu’il travaillerons plus avec vous sinon je vais devoir arrêter de commander là-bas car vous êtes pas fiable. Soyez plus professionnel !

Waiting 1 month for a package that today seems to be lost after leaving NY

this carrier is garbage, been waiting for a month now. I blame fashion nova though! why would they keep using this company!

My parcel from the US hasn’t arrived, 7 weeks and counting. As mentioned by others, tracking updates good until handover in Australia and then absolutely nothing…..WTF ??? No-one seems to wanna help either.

Parcel sent from a seller in the US on the 4th of april, in transit at the airport since the 17th, received in France on the 5th of may. I really thought my parcel was lost but they came through in the end. Don\'t use them for time sensitive matters, otherwise cheap and good tracking. Would use again.

In an economy that is dynamic and uncertainty is ever present, one needs to find ways to reduce costs. My book was shipped from the USA to Germany to Ecuador. The important part is my book arrived within the 8 week time frame. RR Donneleys service is cost-oriented by maximizing the shipment output, more cargo for each flight reduces fuel and transportation costs, therefore providing a cost-benefit analysis. Remember people this is not expedited or overnight delivery. I wish RRD an abundance of success. Im glad my geometry book arrived on time in great condition. I give your company 5 stars, people need to keep in mind with drug trafficking, your packages take more time for successful delivery, we live in an unstable society!
