AWB no. 182700420250 addressed to Mehta Opticles Bengaluru. Booked on 30/10/2021 at Kolhapur. Till 4th Nov not reached Bengaluru. Kolhapur staff not responding properly. It contains spectacles. Iam half blind. Can any human being help me Sir.

Our parsel no 330100220182 moved to Kolkatta and commited delivery on 3rd of nov but today is 4 th and I am not still assured to get it today so if it is possible then sent my parsel as soon as possible today also
