Where is my shipment? It arrived in Britain from ups 25 days ago and so far l haven’t received my shipment… payments of express shipping to ups… I am not happy to deal with ups…. They return the freight fee to the one who took it and return the shipment to the one from which it arrived if you do not deliver me…..

I ordered online from Armani Exchange with the services of Ups Ground Services. Promised to be delivered in 3-6 days. Sent from Clifton N.J. my package was received in 3 days. Right at the front door from the Holm route driver on June,11,2020 UPS has many tools to track and follow packages this is the main reason I love ups services. FOLLOW MY DELIVERY....Shows time to be delivered-On road-in your area-almost there... The map literally shows the movement of driver status. OTD is acute to the T. When it rains and we’re not home packages are placed in a plastic bag to prevent any damage. It’s a great pleasure in knowing you can rest easy not being home your packages are protected. UPS ground is the least expensive shipping method compared to other UPS mail services! I have no problem with this carrier for years! Very good shipper!
