Contracted a delivery from Le Havre - France to São Paulo - Brasil and I didn't receive it on time. I've paid an additional fee to guarantee that I would receive it faster but I did not. My deliver travelled between 4 airports and was trapped in between the 3rd and 4th, which delayed the deliver by 3 days. Asked the company for refund and I did not receive. They charged more than 50 euros while the tradicional post which take 5 business days would charge me no more than 5 euros. I was hoping that by paying to a specialized company I would receive my package quicker but it was a big mistake. Very disappointed with Packlink, Keavo and DHL, all 3 envolver in my deliver.
