I have sent documents since the 6th of August, 2019. I cannot even get at least an apt tracking scheme. That is ridiculous. I receive packages from the US in three days. It’s over 11 days now and there is no news at all. Tracking isn’t helping either. Same history since the 7th of August. Shame
