The driver wrote the wrong address of the pick up location on the slip that was stuck to my door. It was easy to figure out where he meant, but even still the package wasn't there and the owner of the store had no idea where it was or how to get in touch with Sprintstar. There's no phone # listed anywhere and the website is just a box to type in your order number and submit an inquiry. Which I did three times and never heard a peep from them. There's no way to find out where the package is. I contacted Borderfree and they at least contact Shitstar, but as of this moment I ain't hopeful. What an absolute crap company
