My second attempt to send docs to a US government agency via EMS Air Mail has ended in failure - again!!!. My first attempt on 4 July 2019 ended up being notified that they were never received, so I sent them again on 16 October via EMS Air Mail. Lost again!!!. It took 16 days to go from SMC to New York ( 17 Oct - 2 Nov ) and they have now disappeared on the last 100 mile trip. I am holding Thailand Post and USPS responsible for the $24,000 payment I was to receive based upon the docs being delivered.
