I see where a lot of people have had bad experiences, but I must admit that my daughters Christmas present delivery could not have been smoother. I was very concerned as I viewed it not moving in Dubai for 6 days, but then it started to move and the updates were regular until it landed at my door step in rural Ireland yesterday afternoon. many thanks for getting the right parcel on time
