Bad service

Ordered 4 ear pods for Christmas on Black Friday. No tracking info updates since 12/4 at the dispatch in China. How long can it sit there. :( No response back from the email I sent either. One less item for my kids Christmas morning. We should all be refunded. This is absurd.
