Slow service
As much as the cost is lower the service is poor. A parcel taking a month to reach its destination is unacceptable in this age and era. Should have a clear tracking system to see real time process and stage where parcels have reached. Such a let down. Never using this service again. Cheap is expensive. Really pissed off.
