Dear Aramex... Myself and my family have been through multiple occasions where the driver was so rude, disrespectful and demanding... They also often don't always understand directions.. Additionally they don't come with the right change resulting in us getting less then what we are entitled to.. Today the driver wanted to give me 150 instead of 166.. I asked him to find change and come back as the message from aramex did not say I have to have the right change available.. The driver was upset and hung up on me.. I need to carefully choose your people
