Although I telephoned and we fixed a date for the delivery, the parcel didn‘t arrive that day. It is ridiculous that we stayed home all day, no radio, no household machine, so that we can be sure not to overhear the doorbell. Nothing. Now the parcel has returned. I am more than angry and want my money back.
