I'm very surprised that this feature isn't known by a lot of people. I learned of it back when I lived in rural Ohio, but it's been very useful in more urban areas. I can make plans according to what I know is coming in the mail and report if something is missing. Sometimes, though, not all pieces of mail show up in the Informed Delivery queue. Usually mail gets delivered on-time. And I'm happy with the USPS.
