They're slow. They hold your mail as hostage and ask you to pay 10 dirhams + VAT. Incoming international mail takes longer than 1 month. It's sitting in UAE somewhere for over 1 month for nothing. They claim it's customs slowing down. As if tracking says anything about customs. They're just slow. The government cut costs and reduced their budget. Even charging us tax and collection fees doesn't speed up their slow operations. They don't want to put your mail in the box, again, you need to pay the hostage ransom fees first.
