First of all, the size runs a bit odd, for pajamas, I would order 1 or 2 size bigger than your normal North America size. I am 164cm and 110lb, size M top is fine, but bottom is too short and tight at waist. The waist band being too tight and uncomfortable is almost a signature of China made silk pajama. Since the colour and the style had improved a lot from 20 years ago, I was hoping these pretty looking pajamas would improve on the design of waist band so that they could be really comfortable. But to my disappointment, they are still the "Chinese waist"! I wish Lilysilk could give an option of ordering top and bottom separately. I would totally go with a M top and a L bottom(my regular jean size is 4, or 27). I had never have any issue with the American brand pajamas on size, but you really need to be careful with this one if you don't have the Chinese-teenager-like body!
