because of faults not due to Fedex my package didn't arrive while i was at work. now it's arrived and I'm not home to sign for it. no help on the website or the "virtual assistant" and the page on the letter given to me about a missed delivery doesn't even load. very dissatisfied and will endevour to avoid Fedex in the future where possible.
