My item I purchased was shipped before Thanksgiving and never received it's now January. When I check the tracking it states it has been delivered but I live I a building where it would have to be delivered to mail lockers. I have had management look in all the lockers and nothing was found belonging to me. NOW no one is responding to my emails and I have no other contact route. They are worse.
