I do not understand why they take EMS Express service money from people and fail to deliver the item on time. No tracking info, nothing. This kind of service is extremely bad. Why would anybody recommend your services. Jokers!!!

I SENT A PARCEL TO ITALY WITH THE TRACKING NUM (RG036298833GH) SINCE 28TH OCT 2021 TILL DATE THE RECIEPIENT HASNT GOTTEN THE PARCE.

EMS Express is the most poor service, they will took Express money from you in Ghana and they will deliver the items to you in 3weeks time. While DHL Express is 3days. Fools.

When is parcel be deliver

We mailed box from Ghana to Usa and they told us about 3 weeks. It took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive at door step but was nervous because they don't update info.

What is going on with package..Is Ghana or OTHER countries not updating? If I am last to have package I would note I gave to you to stop confusion. If its other countries needs to be a change in route
