I work for an e-comm company and we constantly have issues with ELTA Hellenic Post. They have a email but no one answers back. Terrible!

It’s been 20 days and still in customs clearance. I went to the post and the man said it can take 10 days to 3 months to make clearance. Uhhhh what??? I have 2 months left in Athens and I hope they are nice enough to give me what I paid to be delivered. These people are stealing and their government lets them get away with it.

To all ELTA employees and their families....trying to cover up your incompetence by giving 5 star reviews it is simply not working! you will gather that once you wake up and smell the rosies!

For the past two yrs i deal with ELTA sending Parcel from Abu Dhabi to Greece it was an excellent service but the last parcell was hanged in (2018-04-11 09:40:00 : Customs Check, Location: athens (ur) greece). and till today no nne can predict the day of reales.
