My mother ordered a book for my daughter's first birthday. It was due to arrive two days before her birthday and on the Landmark tracking page it states "Not Delivered - Addressee not present- Message left". That is a lie, no message was ever left and there is no phone number to call. Two weeks later and still no book. I've wasted so much effort trying to locate the gift which my poor mum spent her time and money buying. Only use Landmark if you want to be disappointed.
