I ordered kids clothing from Old navy. Took forever to get an update on this order, so today I decided to track my order again, and it says it was delivered on Sunday April 3rd at 734 pm. I have outdoor cameras and we we're home, no one came to deliver my package. Bunch of scams.

I ordered something and somehow it’s sat in Landmark’s North York depot for almost 3 weeks now. Canada post says they created a label 2 weeks ago for final mile. Not impressed. If they’re gonna keep the package then say so.

I made 2 separate orders from PLT… my tracking numbers from both orders said it has been delivered. For one order I have not received anything and for the other order I received an incomplete order. I only received 4 items out of 14 items. PLT said they have sent everything to the delivery company. I’m still waiting and hoping it’s because they are in the process of delivery.

They charged a huge amount of duties on top of what was actually calculated and hold the receipt so you cannot see it/apply to border for refund. Tried numerous times to get a hold of someone and no one responds. DO NOT USE!

They attempted to deliver my package once and that I understand, if I didn't answer (they never left a card indicating who I should contact post delivery attempt) but my concern is I was proactive in calling Landmark Global for my package and its whereabouts and day..after day..after day...not one person connected with me. It seems so convenient to me that you play dead when others are trying to get their packages.

Ordered a Minnesota Wild hat from nhl.com because I could not get it anywhere else. Not even 47brand.ca. It got from Cheektowaga NY, to Vancouver Island, BC with no issue. It actually got here two days early. Weirdly my Shop app couldn't track the package, but that really doesn't matter.

I've found that the majority of packages I've sent (Israel 3wks, Australia 2.5wks, USA 2wks, Canada 2wks) have been fine but have suffered from slow shipping. They aren't a scam, it's just bpost being messy with their sorting centres. The same thing can happen with ANY carrier, especially in this case where they're reliant on the same UPU services as standard post.

I received my item on schedule. It was delivered to Canada Post, and rerouted to my community mailbox (not to my doorstep like other shippers). Entirely satisfied.

It took Amazon 4 days to get the order ready. But it only took Landmark, 5 days to get it from L.A. to Edmonton AB. That\'s not bad these days .

Seriously I was worry at the beginning but I order something on May 22th and I got it today. When they send me the tracking number they said it\'s take 5-7 day to get a update because of that I wasn\'t surprised
